It was a wonderful experience. Kelly gave me a facial cleansing and a face and shoulder massage. My skin is now clean and glowing, and the massage helped me completely relax - I truly enjoyed it. I will definitely come back again! ✨
REAL REVIEW HERE!!!! I’ve been coming here for a while and have never had any complaints. They’re always great. Today I had CeCe and she was the BEST. My eyelashes have never looked this good. She was so sweet and really paid attention to detail. She even asked if I wanted a blanket and checked in on how I was feeling during the appointment, which I really appreciated. If you’re looking for any place to go on Staten Island, come here. I’ve never left a review for any other place except here. Definitely booking with her again. Photo attached.

I have been going to twinkle lash for a while now and have only good things to say! Christine does an amazing job with my lashes every time. I get so many compliments on them. Super clean place and friendly staff! If you’re looking to get your lashes done, try this place!
HORRIBLE. That’s all I could say. This is not my first time getting my lashes done and this is by far the worst place I’ve ever been to. The person that did my lashes is Kaylee and prior to starting, she did not even sanitize her hand. Was NOT FRIENDLY at all. Was on her phone most of the time, talking LOUDLY. Told her my eyes were burning. Said it’s okay and told me to just hold the fan. My eyes are literally burning and hurting at the end. She don’t care and just left me there with the fan. Tearing like crazy and she didn’t even offer me tissues. Got home and checked, she literally glued a lashes on my lower lashes. Christine who is apparently the owner, NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL also. Did not even apologize or was not concerned that a first time client is experiencing this. HORRIBLE. Not a way to run a business. Please listen to the other low ratings because I am not the person that will typically write stupid reviews like this but this place is just so bad that I have to.
